Guide to Finnish Education Online Course

This open university course is suitable for people interested in the Finnish education system. No prior information needed. The course is organized by the Open University of University of Jyväskylä, Finland.

Online course overview

The course consists of five different themes: early childhood education, basic education, educational guidance and support, educational leadership, and upper secondary education. In this course you will go through all mentioned themes.

NB! If you want to study only one or two of the themes, please sign up to our MOOC courses on Finnish education.

During the eight week period you will study at the Moodle learning platform. Participants are required to have basic computer skills in order to work online. Guidance and support is provided during the course. All the course materials (online lectures, videos, assignments, activities, readings) are available throughout the course. We expect you to participate to the course regularly.
