Rethink and enhance assessment with digital technologies on Facilitating and Assessing Learners' Digital Competencies online course

The third module, Facilitating and Assessing Learners' Digital Competencies focuses on usage of digital technologies and strategies to enhance assessment by enabling learners to use digital technologies creatively and responsibly for information, communication, content creation, well-being and problem solving.

Facilitating and Assessing Learners' Digital Competencies (5 ECTS) is the 3rd module of the Digitally Competent Educators short learning programme. It enhances your ability to use digital technologies to incorporate learning activities, assignments and assessments, which require learners to adapt new digital competences required in diverse learning needs.

This online course is suitable for anyone with Bachelor level knowledge of education.

During the 10-week period you will study both independently and with the other course participants at Moodle learning platform. Participants are required to have basic ICT skills in order to work online. Guidance and support is provided during the course. All the course materials are available throughout the course.

The course includes group work with a flexible timetable, and each week there is an assignment on the week’s topic. Participants are expected to attend the course regularly.
